Terms of Service
Subject to change without notice. Please read thoroughly as purchase of my services automatically means you agree and are bound to and by the following conditions. Failure to agree to the ToS in any way will result in refusal of your commission. Failure to abide to the ToS will result in blacklisting, and in some cases a pursuit of legal action. Your name will be posted throughout the community as a warning to other artists.I will draw:

- Furry / Anthro
- Animals / Monsters
- NSFW (That I am comfortable with)I will NOT draw:
- Characters under the age of 18
- Political pieces
- Hateful images
- I reserve the right to refuse any pieces for any reasonNSFW will be charged an additional amount based on the following:
- +25% for suggestive work (nudity, pin-ups)
- +50% for pornography (sex)
- +100% for fetish work that I am comfortable drawing. Please ask me if you’re unsure.Verification of your age is required before commissioning me for NSFW artwork.Disclaimer
- All artwork may or will include my signature or watermark that you may not remove.
- I may record the drawing process and post it on my social media platforms.
- I reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
- Using my art for AI purposes such as machine learning, posting on AI websites, etc. is strictly forbidden.*
- NFT usage is strictly forbidden.*
- * Violating this condition will be considered a purchase of exclusive rights. You will be charged as such, and I will begin to pursue legal action.

- By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all of the terms described herein. You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me.General Client
- You, the Client, will be expected to first read my ToS and understand my commission prices.
- Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this ToS has gone into effect are still bound by its contents.
- You are allowed to display my work on external sites for personal use (non-promotional or non-commercial) as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.
- You may use the artwork for personal use, including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, personal website or profile displays.
- You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of my artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only, and NOT for the purpose of redistribution or sales, unless otherwise discussed and payment has been made according to my commission prices regarding commercial/non-commercial use.
- You may not upload or host my work in any gallery that is intended to display your own work only.
- You may not claim my work as your own.
- In case of an adoptable, you may redesign the character to your liking but you must credit me as the original creator.
- You are not authorized to change, modify, edit, or use my artwork in any way without my permission.
- You are not authorized to trace over my artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base”.
- Rudeness and harassment are not tolerated.
- By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.Artist
- By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only.
- I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in my gallery for any reason.
- I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.
- I can only draw to my ability. If you do not like my artwork or art style, do not commission me.Commercial Usage Agreement
- If you, the Client, wish to order a commission for commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.
- The minimum price increase is 100% of the original price. I reserve the right to charge more dependent on the purpose.
- The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork publicly and/or privately, promotional work, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork such as Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, personal websites, business cards, etc.
- Usage of my artwork for Twitch, YouTube, Twitter, and other promotions are subject to a 100% price increase.
- Usage of my artwork for Patreon content, business cards, or personal sites are subject to a 200% price increase.
- Usage of my artwork for reproduction, redistribution, selling, merchandise are subject to a 300% price increase.
- I reserve the right the sign and/or watermark my own work.
- You are responsible for protecting your ownership of rights to a character design made by me.
- I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon. If you own the design of the character, I will give proper credit to you for ownership of the character’s design.
- In the case of adoptables, I will not reuse/resell the rights of the design once ownership is transferred to you, the Client.Ordering Commissions
- To put in an order for a commission, you must contact me via email or Discord.
- You will get a response from me discussing the details (if needed), pricing, and confirmation of your commission slot.
- If you do not provide adequate description or reference imagery, I will treat the commission as custom work and will charge an additional fee at my discretion.
- Extreme details are subject to an upcharge based on the complexity of said details, which will be stated before the transaction, and you hod the right to make any changes such as agreeing to a more simplified design before the transaction is complete.
- After everything is processed and confirmed, I will send you an invoice. Once you have confirmed the payment with me, I can begin your order.Commissions are priced per character. Prices may vary or change depending on the complexity of the order. I always do my best to keep pricing and upcharges as transparent as possible and will never add an upcharge without discussion first.Payment
- I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.
- I will only accept USD via PayPal as payment. You are responsible for making currency conversions.
- Payments via other means must be discussed prior.
- I must receive the payment in full before I begin working on your commission.
- To avoid accidental transactions, I will be the one to initiate the transaction. Do not send me any kind of payment until i have confirmed I can accept your commission AND have asked for payment,
- Payments via PayPal are sent via invoice method only unless otherwise stated.
- I do not accept payment from shared PayPal accounts unless you are not of legal age and use a parent/guardian’s account.PayPal Disclaimer
- Please note that all of my sales are “Digital Artwork” and it is the Artwork’s “Intellectual Property” that is purchased by you, the Client.
- Nothing is ever intended by either me or the Client, to be physically shipped to them.
- I am not required ever to ship any item unless it was discussed.Refunds
- Cancellations and a 100% refund can only be issued before I have started working on your commission.
- Once I have started the sketch, there will be NO refunds.
- If there are errors in PayPal fees, taxes, and/or transfer fees, I can only refund around 80%.Chargeback
- You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for ANY reason.
- You are required to contact me if you need to cancel a commission request.
- Issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting.Revisions and Feedback
- I will send “WIP” (work in progress) images for each major step of the process (rough, sketch, lines, flat, rendered, background, finished) for your review and feedback.
- These images will come in .jpg or .png files via email or DMs.
- It is your responsibility to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow.
- It is your responsibility to ensure you give adequate feedback for each step.
- I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished project if no feedback was given to amend it.
- I do not allow significant/major changes between the provided steps of the commission. An example being if I had started on the flats, but you want to change the pose or the outfit. Another example is if the flats are approved but once in the rendering phase, you decide you want all the colors changed.
- Changes that go beyond the approved steps will be subject to an additional charge at my discretion.
- Changes that go beyond the provided references will be subject to an additional charge at my discretion.
- I will not be held responsible for any changes in ownership of the character(s) in your commission.
- Work done without a reference sheet or a thorough description will be treated as custom work and will be upcharged at my discretion.
- I will not redraw a completed commission unless payment is received for a second order.Final Product
- There may be slight differences between samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive.
- The commissioner must respect that my art style cannot be altered.
- Proper credit to me, the Artist, is required when posting or using my artwork on another platform.
- You, the Client, are responsible for saving any information, images, or other digital data I provide.
- Any files that you paid for may only be available for redownload for a finite amount of time. I cannot guarantee against computer failure, or accidental deletion or loss.
